Terms & Conditions — pkraah Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and pkraah (hereinafter "pkraah", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pkraah.cam and all related services, content, tools and features made available through it.

pkraah is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform designed primarily for Pakistani users, covering cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, live casino, slots, esports and associated betting markets. The platform provides informational and entertainment services. All gambling activity is subject to the terms of the applicable licensed operator through which any wager is placed.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the pkraah platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Your use of the pkraah platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines or rules published on this platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users, including unregistered visitors, registered account holders and any users accessing the platform through third-party referral links or affiliate channels. Acceptance is effective upon your first access to the platform and continues for the duration of your use.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or third party, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. pkraah does not permit access on behalf of minors under any circumstances.

To register an account and access the full range of platform services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Age below the required minimum results in automatic ineligibility, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• You must be accessing the platform from a territory where online gambling is not expressly prohibited to you under applicable law. Users in Restricted Territories are not permitted to register or place wagers.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances forfeited and the user permanently banned from the platform.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address or mobile number, a secure password and date of birth. To access full withdrawal functionality and higher deposit tiers, you must complete the identity verification (KYC) process.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport

Falsification of documents is a criminal offence. Submission of altered, forged or otherwise falsified documents will result in immediate and permanent account closure, potential reporting to relevant authorities and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pkraah will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered, as an additional layer of account protection
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices
• Notify the pkraah support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members

pkraah accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. The platform does not permit third-party transactions under any circumstances. Attempting to use a payment method belonging to another person will result in account suspension pending investigation.

The following are referenced as commonly recognised payment methods in the Pakistani market and may be available subject to operator policy: bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash), Raast instant payment system and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC, USDT where supported). The mention of these payment methods does not imply that any bank, wallet provider or financial institution endorses gambling or supports this operator. Availability, minimum deposit limits, maximum withdrawal caps and processing timeframes are determined solely by the operator and may change without notice.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise specified:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per user, per household and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in bonus and bonus-derived winnings being voided
• Maximum bet amounts may apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount may result in the bonus being forfeited
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the specific promotion terms
• pkraah reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Users will be notified of material changes

All sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through the platform is subject to the rules of the applicable licensed operator, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between operator-specific rules and these Terms, the operator's rules shall take precedence with respect to gambling activity.

Key betting conduct rules include:

• Bet confirmation is final. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the operator's specific rules permit in-play void conditions

• Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in any form, including providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonus or promotional offers ("bonus abuse" or "multi-accounting")
• Collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes, odds or game results
• Match-fixing or any involvement in the corruption of sporting events
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets, interact with the platform or gain unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool
• Sharing login credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Harassment, abusive language or threats directed at other users or platform staff
• Any action that interferes with, disrupts or damages the platform's technical infrastructure

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

pkraah is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices at all times. Gambling is intended to be a leisure activity for adults. It carries inherent financial risk and is not a reliable means of generating income.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the platform content for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer or create derivative works from platform content
• Use any data mining, scraping or automated extraction tools on any part of the platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices on platform content

All third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on pkraah (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, or sports organisations such as PCB and PSL) are the property of their respective owners and are used for contextual reference purposes only. Such references do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, partnership or approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkraah, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content thereon.

This limitation applies to, without limitation:

• Financial losses from gambling activity, including losses from wagers placed based on information or odds displayed on the platform
• Loss of data, account access or account balances resulting from circumstances outside pkraah's reasonable control
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in platform content, including odds, statistics or market information
• Technical failures, downtime, server errors or connectivity interruptions affecting platform access
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by pkraah's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the pkraah platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and stored, and what rights you have with respect to your data.

By using pkraah, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you must not use the platform.

• We collect only the personal data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance and platform functionality
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

pkraah reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Material changes to these Terms that significantly affect user rights or obligations will be communicated through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the platform homepage, an in-platform notification to registered users, or a communication to the registered email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the pkraah platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

Either party may terminate the user account relationship at any time. You may close your account voluntarily by contacting the support team and submitting a formal account closure request. Any outstanding verified balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures.

pkraah reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity detected in connection with your account
• Failure to complete or pass mandatory KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding the platform's stated inactivity period
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or court order

Upon termination for cause, pkraah reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings and, in cases of confirmed fraud, account balances. Forfeiture will not apply to verified genuine deposits in cases where termination arises for reasons other than fraud or material breach.
